What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be modified.
When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?
Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship out all orders as soon as possible, normally within a week window timeframe and it is dependent on whether or not the product is on 'preorder' or 'regular' status noted in the description section of each product. We are a print on demand business that can not guarantee shipping timelines or accept the returns at this time due to COVID-19.
Orders that are preorder status can not be refunded or exchanged as they are printed as an 'on-demand' basis.
